The Santa Ana Zoo

Leah loves animals of all sorts, except maybe turkeys...so on a free Saturday afternoon a trip to the zoo was in order.  Santa Ana is less than half hour away...so it fit the bill.

There was a jeep, Kara likes to pose for pictures, so...

Leah is walking all over the place now so she loved getting out of the stroller at the zoo to check out the animals.

As you can see, she brought her purse.  She carries it around all the time.  I don't know how she keeps track of it, it just keeps showing up.  She stole it from Kara, luckily Kara doesn't mind. 

Blake made it into a picture!  It's tough competition with two sisters...but we try not to forget him!

And here's where we met the turkey.  Leah didn't really notice him sneaking up on her, she was busy playing in the dirt and smiling for the camera.

But when she looked up and saw him right there, she was not a happy camper :(

It was a fun day.  We are looking forward to a trip to the San Diego Zoo soon.
