Hi all! We're making progress settling in to our house here in OC. Most of the boxes have moved outside. A few remain...and the walls are bare...but we're getting there. We haven't had a chance to venture far yet, but today I grabbed the camera for a stroll to the park so I thought I'd share some of the sights.
First, here's our house:
I find it interesting that the van barely fits in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. Notice the size of the front yard? And what's up with the yellow fire hydrant?
Here's a look down the street:
As you can see, there are lots of big trees. I find it interesting seeing all the different types of plants...and everything is so green here. The high points are definitely the weather and the scenery!
Check out our back yard:
It's the place where boxes go to die. Lol. Someday the movers will return and haul them away...I hope.
At the park:
This park is just over a block from our house and the kids love it. There are beautiful views of the mountains.
Blake in time-out:
LOL, I was actually taking a picture of the mountain but he thought I was taking a picture of him so he turned around.
